[1.09] have 200% prestige bonus in capital, no idea why, save included

Just noticed I have a 200% bonus to prestige in my capital. Current prestige is 24. It should be 10 (palace 7 plus two royalty heroes). So that's another problem, even if the +200% bonus were correct it isn't calculating it correctly. All other cities are correct.

Edit: on second look, all cities have +200% -  I am guessing the two royalty heroes are somehow appying as a percentage instead of a straight bonus maybe?

No, it's right. Base prestige is 1, + 7 from palace = 8. 8x3 (200% bonus = 300%) = 24.

 

Royalty is just way op.

Ah, so it is because I never before had more than just my Sovereign with the Royalty trait that I never noticed it was a percentage? Got it.

Before it was +1, and the text still says that. However, the +1 only worked for the sovreign, but a percent would work gobally for heroes as well.

Nah, it was 100% before as well (100% bonus for base prestige of 1 looks like 1 bonus, but if you build pub/inns/palaces it's very noticeable). I've been talking about its op nature for a while now. It just that it only works for your sovereign before. Now that you have children, grand children and heroes that have it working too, it's really OP.
