I was wondering if any of you  would mind me looking at your saved game?

If you can post it, I'll check it out and see if there is something else going on.

sure take a look, I mostly rely on the quick and auto save. using a save every 2 turns setting.

latest auto save

previous autosave

I have Windows7 64bit, 8GB DDR3 and NIVIA GEFORCE 470GTX Fermi... I am always experiencing OOM (Out of memory) error popup after the 300 turn (sometime it works sometime it goes ahead if I recover one past save and play ahead... but always I am getting this damned OOM!!) and although I now updated to 1.09 this problem is still unresolved....... Any idea??

Use this to fix your problem.

It's NOT a fix... it's merely a work-around for a terrible design... this need to be addressed right now!

Same issue with Windows 7 64bit, and 6GB Ram. I can play for about 40min, after that the game crashes with "Out of Memory".

I can tell you that I get FAR LESS OOM crashes on my 260mGTX laptop than my 4870 1GB ATI card on my desktop. The laptop, even though it is much weaker, runs the game far better than my Desktop which is a beast with every other game. The optimization for ATI cards seems piss poor atm.
