I have won a retail copy of Elemental War of Magic Limited Edition on Gamebanshee at Ten Year's Anniversary but I haven't received it so far. I've send question if that has been shipped to site administrator (the same that has send me info I've won) but I haven't heard back. In his e-mail that informs me I've won there's "some of these items will be awarded directly by the sponsoring company", so if you're one of these companies could you tell me what's going on with my copy? And if not what can I do now? Is there a way to contact someone who would let me know what's going on? I'm totally lost and I was really happy I've won that but it's been nearly a month now and I haven't received it.

Thanks for the info, I'll wait a little longer, I guess it may take some time if they're sending it from US to Europe.

If you're in Europe, it may take a couple more weeks as it's going USPS and will have to pass customs.

I got a mail from Customs Office today. They ask me to send the sender's details and invoice. The problem is - I've got none. So there's a question - who should I contact to ask for invoice or another document that shows value of the item, shipping cost and who would give me info about the sender?

The reason for this is that SDs shipping centers doesnt include a receipt with values in the package, and there is no customs declaration on the packages to let the customs know what it is and what the value is..

 

I noticed this on my box when it arrived last week, it took 5 weeks from i ordered till it arrived at customs and another week of delay due to me having to sort out the paperwork.

 

 

As for your question, i would contact the customs explaining that this is a competition prize and that you dont have an invoice for it.

They will likely still require some kind of paperwork describing the value of the item/shipping aswell as what it is tho, i guess you could either:

A: Get the receipt email from someone who ordered the game and subtly edit it with the correct dates and your name

B: See if SD could make you a faux receipt for the customs..
