[1.09.43] OOM win7 64bit ati turn 155 during save again

just updated to 1.09.43, on my i7 w 12gb ddr3 2ghz win7 64bit played a single new game with a custom sov large map & map view cheat, played to turn 155 then elemental crashed, checked ram use was 1.6gb, last entries in the debug.err suggest that there is a ram leak in the save code as almost all the ooms that have happened to me have all been in the save code as the last entries

added the saves & dxdiags to the zip

note back in 1.08 had tried the laa patch trick and I did get to about turn 300 with the total ram use hitting 3gb on the same computer

I got OOM turn 169 Large map Windows Vista 64 bit with ati 4870. I don't know if there is any hope the memory leaks will be stopped.

I also got another OOM error on 1.09 last night:

Win7-64bit

ATI 4870 card

Intel core I7-920, 6 GB RAM

Don't remember what turn it was but was around 200 or so. I can post the saves/debug if necessary once I get home from work today.
