ICQplus Help Please

When I download a skin it does not put it into the skins folder can someone help?

I assume you have ICQ Plus (the program) installed. If the the download is an ipz file, all you have to do is double click it. Or, you can open the Plus dialog, and use the Import feature to load ipz, or zip files. You would then click apply, and viola!

Yes I do have it downloaded and it was working great. Let me tell you what happen. I was downloading skins through Stardock Central in the Themes and Skin section and then when they where done downloading I would choose apply and poof they would be in the ICQPlus skin folder when I would want to apply them. Then all of sudden everything went crazy. Now even when I download a skin for BeatNik it says that it isnt on my system and it is and I can run it fine. Even when I was downloading skins for that I was doing the same thing and they where being applied right to that program.
