Since 1.08 I haven't been able to hit a single enemy with archery. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
I believe that this is a bug in the Multiplayer/Beta version. If you switch back to the release/single player version, it's working better.
The way to switch, as far as I know, is to uninstall the beta version, uncheck the option in impulse that says you can see beta/prerelease versions, and install again.
And if you revert to the normal version, delete your mods as well and start a new game. I had to even delete all my old savegames and sovereigns in order for it to work again
The original 1.08 patch nerfed archers, but there was an update to the patch sometime last week, my archers work fine now (like they did in the original version).
This problem should be fixed in both the multiplayer beta version, and the standard version.
Just update your game through impulse.
