[bug] 1.08xx Game stays in 'City Build' overhead screen occasionally. Quit & restart game fixes problem for now.

Hey!

Just thought I'd mention this. Occasionally, when I go to the improvement build screen, after I click 'done' the game doesn't 'zoom' back to the angled view. I can still move around and scroll around the map, but since there are 4x the number of squares I end up with half the usual movement rate across the map (due to the extra squares).

Quitting the game and restarting/reloading fixes the problem.
