Buying Elemental Limited Edition while already having the Digital Edition does not register

I bought Elemental Digital download, then after patch 1.08 and Stardock past performance with Sins and Galatic 2 convince me to squeeze some credit for the Elemental Limited Edition.

Then I check on impulse and found out i am still using the same serial number. Does this means that impulse does not register my limited edition of Elemental?

My order number for the digital download is 1738211 and the order number for the limited edition is 1759988.

Edit: I use the register product function in impulse and key in the limited edition serial number and found out that the game now use the limited edition serial number. Does this means that the game now recognize that my copy of elemental as the limited edition version and i will be able to receive the extra content in the future?

There's no difference in the download version between the two. If you ordered an LE box, you'll get one shipped that contains the goodies (all physical-only).
