Keeps saying Patch is corruted

Hello I I just got this game but and when I installed if and updated on impulse it keeps giving me a message in the main menu saying that the "patch is corrupted" with a sad face and the menu is black and white and spinning around and when I log in like it says It there isn't updates in the impulse menu, so I uninstalled it then reinstalled it then updated it again and it still does it the same thing.

anyone know what to do?

I'd check your firewall / AV software isn't preventing impulse working properly also if your using Vista or Windows 7 do you have administrator permissions?

Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and link the contents into a post here via pastebin. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem.

The file can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental

Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug log will be erased and recreated for the new session.

Yes I am the administrator on my computer (It is windows 7 I believe) ,but I also been having problems with it. Even though I am the administrator if keeps saying to my that I don't have permission for some programs and stuff, I don't know if this is the problem though? and for the fire walls, I have downloaded other stuff and the still worked fine most of the time, but then again I'm not sure why my game is doing this.

Never mind found out all I needed to do was set the month on the computer to august and it works,
