how do I get my serial code

There's a view registration option if you right click the game within Impulse.

this is what I get when I right click it. There is no button for viewing my registration (sorry it's not english)

It'd be on the My Games tab where you download the game at, not on the store page.

As you don't have a my games tab, then that likely means you don't have the game registered. If you bought it direct from us, [email protected] should be able to help sort that out.

I don't understand how the downloaded program could possibly know that I purchased Elemental. I have so far not established a link between my impulse account and the purchase. The only reason being that the purchase ticket refused to have a serial code in it.

I download the client. And I purchase the game. Both actions are unrelated. I'm completely clueless how the downloaded program should know of my purchase. Or did I download the wrong client?

I sent a mail to [email protected] as I was told in the purchase ticket. But they seem to have other working hours than you do

If you buy the program and enter your email, it lets you install on Impulse.  You wouldn't need to know the serial in that case, Impulse would do it for you.

(that's if you buy DD)- if you buy retail you'll have to find the code.

I bought the Digital Download with paypal. So I never entered my email adress.

Seems like there is a leak in their purchase process.

And also no answer to my mail. Looks like a "I want my money back" situation. But without sales replying to mails, this looks futile

Sales/support should automatically issue a ticket when you mail in, so if you haven't at least gotten that, make sure that it didn't get spam filtered.

If it's just an issue of paypal express checkout (which skips the billing info entry and assumes the same as your paypal info), you should be able to sort that yourself using this page. Just enter your paypal email on the left and your impulse email on the right. Then restart Impulse and the game should appear on the My Games tab.

It's working now. You should probably put some sort of message into the purchase receipt stating that you expect the paypal email to corresponds to the account email.
