Dialogue - I don't even know what this means

So thestories are True Daruusat (Mancer custom sov, Leading Resoln); You lead a race of monsters and now you will be struck down as such.

 

My only available dialogue response was:

Safe Travels Porcipine.

 

What?  My, apparently evil scumbag sovereign who insults and threatens the people he hires, wishes safe travels on someone who both insults and threatens extinction to his people?

 

I mean really, was that a declaration of war?  Sounded like one...

 

or was it just her way of saying hello to empire sovereigns (quite unlike any other kingdoms), based on my reply?

I had a similar response as an option... leading an evil empire at the time I just immagined my response as sarcasm.

 

Ie. safe travels = have fun being hunted down/ambushed.

 

So it didnt bother me.
