Well I for one do apologise for being overly certain of my assessment of Brad's earlier quote. I didn't think you were a troll btw. It just seemed to me that it couldn't reasonably be interpreted in a way that was significantly different than how it sounded. I think perhaps the general scope of the statement allows for the later details to shift the meaning from the more obvious interpretation.
Having said that, if anyone had interpreted that statement in the way that Brad just explained it, I think it would have been more prophecy than logic given the information that was current at the time.
I'm glad to hear Stardock hasn't succumbed to the grinding crucible of reality and is still keeping hopes and dreams alive.

This is a great lesson... stick to your guns and ignore the trolls demanding you not even be allowed to ask the question or worse, ask for your banning.

I know this isn't what SD is going for with EWoM, but I just have to say: if someone did make a fantasy Total War version (for real, not one of the many so-so fan mods) it would be pretty sweet.
