[1.08b[b].092][Bug]Teleport cast by hired adventurer doesn't work

I've imbued adventurers and they've leveled enough to be able to cast Teleport (15 mana, lvl1 Life). But when they cast Teleport mana is spent, sound and visual effect plays but party isn't moved. It's reproducable, here's the save, just cast Teleport: http://drop.io/y5bld5d

Does it work if they are by themselves and the leader of the group?  I found (prior to 1.08, haven't tested since) that only the leader of the group could cast it and have it work.

Is this intentional? Making them the leader does work.Would think I should be able to not have to go through the trouble of swapping armies so they become leader.
