Would the ones that cannot be diffrent genders from those that can? Then yes.
Traveling boots are restricted to Men, not the gender but the faction. Tarthans for example cannot use them.
because the traveling pants were all sold out?

There are apparently some gender and race restrictions to equipment that are not mentioned anywhere. For instance I have found patchwork breastplates as treasure and given them to female heros and they don't show up to equip. Give them to a male hero and he can equip just fine. Items like that need to say male only or female only.
