CAN'T END TURN

After downloading v.1.08 and 800+ turns in, I can't end a turn. I've checked other posts on this going back 3 or 4 weeks with no solution. I have no units pending movement, stuck or waiting to move. It seems that the new patch has rendered the game completely unpalyable. Here's my debug file -

That debug file is incomplete and shows the game was started then immediately quit from the main menu, but if you can upload a save with a stuck turn on your other thread we can check it out as Brad commented there.
