Teleport spell

After downloading the latest update, it seems that sometimes I am able to cast the Teleport spell, while other times I can't, even though I have enough mana. Is anyone else having the same problem, and does anyone know what is causing it?

It always works for me... costs 15 now, though.

It has to be the leader of the army. If you have another channeler ahead of them, it will not work.
