[BUG] World difficulty level maximizes AI dif. level?

 I tried to play on challenging world against ridiculous AI, but when i load the game i can check the settings.

And i discovered that the AI level was challenging either.

After some attempt it seems, that you can't have higher AI level than the world level. You can adjust the level, but in the saves you can check the settings and you will see, that the AI level isn't as high as you determined. Or the displayed settings are wrong???
