MP with a friend

Convinced a friend to try this WONDERFUL game.

Want to show her the ropes via MP.

Am I correct in that the only current way to do so is 1 vs 1 Mode?

If I'm wrong, please tell me how to set up the game any other way?

Very nice to be involved in the creation of a classic........tho rough ATM this game WILL evolve into just that.

Just recently discovered Stardock and wondering why they are NOT a household word.  They sure seem to genuinely CARE about us precious customers.
