Anyone else have a problem recruiting more hero? I was able to recruit Janusk at the begining then i wasnt able to recruit anymore after that , could it be from charisma being to low (7)?

After today's patch I'm able to recruit heroes just like I could prior to 1.08, though I've never played with charisma below 10.
