[1.08][BUG] Duplicate heroes

I'm seeing a lot of duplicate heroes:

I started a new game and near my starting city alone I found 3 instances of the same hero and of another hero 2 instances were standing right next to each other.

In one game I hired 9 copies of Vaenia and saw a few more enemy copies that I slaughtered.

There needs to be either a vast amount of new champions, or simply less champions overall. (And for the love of god add more female champions...)
