[1.08][BUG] - Duplicate city appears in ocean

from Elemental Forums

This is my first NEW game under this build and I have not played long, about 100 turns....Started a game this morning and saved. Loaded the game up at lunch and as you can see in the lower left portion of the screen shot a "city" appeared in the ocean that had the same name etc. as a city I had already created. I did not notice this ocean city until I loaded the save. I didn't try to do anything with this city while I continued to play, just ignored it.

clearly you need to build submarines or recruit some sharktoopuses. :D

I do not have a full city but just a couple of the buildings appearing in the ocean and it has the same name as my city.

I am still playing the game that is in I will see if it is still showing in one of my save games and post it if it is. I am not at the house right now. I tried clicking on it and could not do anything with it when I first saw it.
