Multiple Wife (multiple champions with same name) Glitch

Encountered two Raline the Merchants in one game, second one showed that she was also my wife, so now I have two wives....the copy had way more Mana though...and she also appeared with a baby icon instead of the default icon.

I'm sure this can happen to other champions as well. Anyone else encounter duplicates?

Odd. I thought they'd fixed this.

You have any duplicates of the CoreNPC.XML files... perhaps? Maybe a modded one?
