[1.08 BUG] Bows always do max damage and ignore defense

Bows right now are always doing the max damage listed. They also seem to be ignoring the defense of everything as I'm always doing my listed damage with my units regardless of the defense of the target.

I noticed this, but on the receiving end.  A bowman with an attack of 4 slaughtered my armored melee unit who had an armor of 7!

I noticed it as well.  Was awesome until the Yithril starting using bows as well.  Ouch.

Bows do piercing damage and ignore armor.
