Small bug that, well, bugs me.

When the game is started, after the load screen(1st thing you see) the movie begins.

 

I have my taskbar at the top of my screen, and the games focus is lost because of it.  It focuses on the desktop, or Impulse, even though the game is up and running, and you have to either alt-tab and click on Elemental, or click through it at the top of the screen where it would be located on the taskbar to set the focus.

 

Just a little item, but dang, it costs my 3.26 seconds more to start playing.

 

Before it's said, not I will not move the taskbar.  O:)

Go into game options and click the "Skip Intro" checkbox...  problem solved.

Nope, that doesn't do it.  I already tried.  I have mouse control on the screen at the 1st image shown, the title screen.  But, after that one, intro or not, the mouse jumps to the top of the screen and gets frozen in the area of the taskbar. 

You can move it left/right, and as far up/down as your taskbar is tall. 

Running Vista32 if it matters.

Also another small...thing....

 

When treasure chests are opened, or locations searched, I find a patchwork chest.  A lot of the time it ends up being a Robe.  This robe has no value whatsoever.  No armor value.  No monetary value.  Nothing.
