Memory acces causes app crash in both windows 7 32 and 64 bit

This is happening in 64 bit as well as 32 bit and always happens during a battle or right after it gets to be my turn again. I have not been able to make it happen on the same turn from a saved game even when trying to do the exact same actions in game. Asus p5n-d motherboard, 4 GB OZC memory, Q6700 quad core, no overclocking for CPU or memory, GTX 460 Nvidia card with latest driver. It might play 50+ turns with no problem or 2 and crash.

I've got the same problem. If I play with the motherboard ATI graphics card its all good but if I use my GTX 460 Nvidia card I get the random crashes.

One thing I have noticed if I save about every 2 turns (not auto save) it does not seem to happen or at least not nearly as frequently.
