Please give us a "select all garrisoned units" option?

Hi everyone...  I've tried to find mention on the forums of how to select ALL units in a garrisoned group at once, but the only advice I've found is to CTRL + click each unit one by one.  This is very tedious, and often leads to mis-selecting a unit or two.

Please please please give us a way to select ALL units garrisoned in a city at once.  If it goes over the limit of units one group can contain, I'd be fine with the game automatically splitting them into 2 separate units as it currently does when I use the CTRL + click method to select and move like 13+ units out at once.

Think about it though - lets say I have 12 units garrisoned in a city.  Does it really make sens that I should have to CTRL + click + click+ click+ click+ click+ click+ click+ click+ click+ click+ click+ click JUST to get them all moving in the world? That's a lot of clicks!!  Time I could be spend doing other things, which adds up over the course of a long game.

I know there is another option where you can bring up a mini-window with the portraits of your units, highlight them one by one, and then click a button to eject them.... But this STILL requires way too many clicks for what you should be able to do with one.  Also, I've found that when using this window when you scroll down after having highlighted like 6 units at the top and highlight new ones, your old selections are often de-selected.

I know you have a lot on your plate, and this seems a relatively simple issue, but it is also extremely annoying.  If this has already been addressed, my apologies for the double post but I couldn't find anything about this in my search of the forums.

Thanks for all your hard work, Elemental has come a long way and I'm confident that with more development it's going to be one my favorite games of all time.

With the city highlighted, press V to "Vacate" the city.  All units will move outside of it.  The only problem is that you can't choose which tile they exit on, which is bad if you want them to leave the city to attack someone.

Heh... The basic principle of the game is why something to be done nice and easy when it can be done clumsy and frustrating:-(

Where remained the old double-click? Not to mention the such mundane combos like Ctrl-#. Every 12 years old boy could tell them about those after 3 min of beta-testing.

I'd settle for just being able to shift-drag-select or control-click-select a custom group of units in a city of from within a bigger stack. It's only been a standard feature of windows since 1995. ;P
