Bad camera rotation

This has really been bugging me -- when you rotate the camera in game it seems to pivot around some point that is NOT the center of the screen. This is very irritating to me and as a reult I often have to rotate the camera multiple times to keep correcting for the offset pivot point.

I think it would be very nice if you change the pivot to the center of the screen like other games or *at least* give the user the option somewhere.
