[bug][1.07] terrian defense modified window displayed in cloth and 3d map..

Subject pretty much sums it up.. I had saved after a combat and gone to dinner.. now when I load that save this occurs.. also the auto save a few turns earlier does not have it.

Overland map tiles can have bonuses as well. You can toggle the window using the button just above that's lit up in your image.
