Stardock fails to send out paid for goods

Is anyone else still missing the Limited Edition copy that they pre ordered and pre paid for? I can not get a response from their sales or support emails. Can anyone please help?

When did you place the order?  Please post your ticket ID so that we can track it down faster.

I have the same problem. i upgraded my early preorder to the limited edition.

I am having the same issue. 

Order Date:  Friday, March 05, 2010 
Order #:  1526002 

That said I did contact customer support reguarding the order back on August 27th or so. All i was told is that they dont have tracking numbers to provide. Oh yes and If i dont get it within 3 weeks to check the local post office.  The responce leaves me more than a bit worried that if it does not come in the next week, I will not receive it, have no way of tracing it, and no way of proving I did not receive it :'(

We have replaced some lost shipments already, so if you do believe that to have happened, you'll want to contact sales about it at that point.

I have not recieved mine yet either and i submitted a ticket but no response yet even though its been 3 working days Ticket ID: JSQ-189756.

 

\any help you can give with chasing a response up would be appreciated
