[Bug]Hurricane/Teleport (Tactical)

During tactical combat if an opponent uses hurricane near a town or an enemy teleports randomly, they can end up behind a house/tactical field decoration.

Thus I've had battles that could not be finished without auto resolve because I could not engage in combat with my enemies.

Ive seen this too though I like to keep some archers handy and this poses no problem with archers but w/o them I can see/understand your delima.

I´ve had one enemy hurricane (the one that can be used in the tactical combat?) put one of my units on top of one of his.
