Cities autobuild certain improvements - Basic City Blueprint

Nobody likes micromanagement.  OK, well some people like micromanagement, but not me.  I play Elemental for war, and hopefully magic after a few more patches.  However, one thing that could be custom-automated is the building of certain improvements.

After conquering or building a new city, having the ability to click one button and have the city queue up a preset list of improvements and autoselect their location, would be great.  This list could be modified in the workshop.

If I am not mistaken, wild resources no longer count as city tiles, therefore this should be able to work without causing problems for anyone.  If a player does not want use this feature on a certain city, they just choose not to.

An Example:

In any given city I always will build any level 1 or 2 improvement that will improve my soldier producing capability, gold, research points, or magic learning points - In that specific order.

So I go into the workshop, select "Basic City Blueprint", add the improvements I want in the order I want, then click save.

In game: I conquer a city, then click "Basic City Blueprint" and the list of buildings is added in queue in order.  If certain improvements are not available, already have been built, or exceed the city tile limit, they are not added.

Simple.

Additionally, I am certain this change will be greeted with open arms in multi-player games.

Side note: Could you please give caravans the potential to defend themselves? I'm pretty sure I do not instruct my caravans that if a monster/bandit is blocking the way they should try running into it, but they tend to do so anyway.  In fact, over and over again.

I just noticed there is a subsection of the forums for Elemental ideas.  If a mod reads this would they please move this to that section.

Alas, placement matters. That said, you can do this already to an extent; you can keep placing buildings save for building off a WIP building. You still need to place the buildings yourself though.
