Mod Library states account is not registered, why?

Hello, I purchased the digital download of Elemental and it works fine (with some slowdown issues, but no big deal) unless you count the Mod Library, which says my game is not registered with Impulse. I've loaded impulse, registered the game so it appears in the registered area of impulse to no avail. Everytime I load Elemental it just says I am not registered. Anybody know what I'm missing? Nobody else seems to have the issue that I could see from the boards, so I could be special. Thanks!
