Unbalanced Items

I know there have been posts about this before but I haven't seen many specific complaints about this. I was wondering if there was a list somewhere.  I have noticed a couple that I will list. maybe others are interested in adding some

-Unit design- Traveling cloak and journyman cloak cost the same but the journyman cloak has +1 sight and move while the travelling cloak only has +1 move.

-Unit design- Leather Cuirass and Chain Shirt.  Both have a Def 4 but the chain shirt has a - 0.1 speed making it worse while it costs more to make.  This is a shame because I like the look of the chain shirt more . You can cover it with some clothing options and it can make your units look more interesting.

Anyway just something I noticed and was bugging me.

Many of the items are very oddly constructed (the aforementioned armor oddities) and even more curiously priced.

Legendary boots (9 armor) far better than the master heavy plate ones (8 armor -0.1 combat speed).

Elementium Karrazan (20 attack +1 combat speed) costs a 2250g to make and a hearty investment into the magic tree while the "non-magic" equivalent is similarly "hard" to get to in warfare, but it is far cheaper at 900ish and has double the combat speed (12 attack +2 combat speed).

Almost all of the magic armor is pretty easy to get to and cheap as hell for the sovereign (hard to get for troops unless you invest heavily into the adventure tree early and get to level 5 goodies) versus the far pricier, in terms of how far into warfare you have to, and at best equivalent quality plate versions.  Sure, some of them are better for a "tank", not that such a beast exists with no real special abilities...  but that's pretty damned situational.

There might be a good reason for it, but can anyone tell me why I'd buy a healing potion for 60 gildar when the cheaper 'salted pork' does the same thing for 40 gildar?  Oh, and why does salted pork do the same thing as a healing potion?

Not to mention the Soldiers Cloak and Cloak of Thwarting are identical. Except of course one requires Elementium if equipped on a unit.

The Soldiers Cloak costs more in gold to make then the Cloak of Thwarting so if you have magic resources you can keep the cost of the unit down I'd say that one is a fairly balanced one.
