start master quest??? Help

I researched master quest but where in the hell do you start the master quest? It didn't point me in any direction like the beginning of quests usually do. Do you just have to look around for the quest starting location? is there a name for the location?

I'm not sure if there's a trick to it, but I just kept going to the highest level places available (Level 6, maybe?), and it started the Master Quest sequence, after a few tries. The final battle is pretty funny, too!
