[CTD][v1.07.025] crash during tactical battle.

i crashed to desktop during tactical battle. i was trying to get my familiar to eat some salted pork to gain HP back. game then crashed to desktop. debug, dxdiag, dumpfile below.

Same to me, crashing 1st turn in tactical battle while attacking hostile city...

Just hangs, nothing happens, then ctd...

New since 1.07...
