OOM error on 64 bit OS

After reading quite a few posts here I see the common denominator in OOM crashes is a 64-bit OS. I have windows 7 64-bit, 8 GB RAM, and NVIDIA GTX 285. Besides constant OOMs also noticed that I can buy virtually unlimited number of rings and talismans or necklaces, whatever they are called, on my heroes...  overall I get a feeling I'm playing a beta...

You are completely right. while they seem to be associating the OOM problem with strictly 64-bit ATI systems, this is not true.  I'm running a 64-bit with Nvidia, and it crashed around turn 500 on campaign v1.7 with OOM.  Also still failing to understand how i can miss consistently with spells (low/mid lvl) and do only a few points (1-5) in damage despite having 17 pts in INT.  Here is my latest crash log.

Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and link the contents into a post here via pastebin. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem.

The file can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental

Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug log will be erased and recreated for the new session.

If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on Windows XP), please post it via drop.io.

Thanks for your quick reply, unfortunately this was not the case.  I've been away from my computer all weekend so sorry about the delayed response.  I did find a .zip which I attached, but it is not the instance I posted about above.  Unfortunately the debug.err file is to big for pastebin.  I tried erasing the dxdiag info and it didn't do anything.  Are you having trouble accessing the link in the above post?

Yours is fine, my post was a general response as the OP and first replier did not post theirs.
