[1.07][bug] Casting a strategic spell while stacked alway hit the first valid target

If you have a stack of champions and you cast imbue hero, it is always applied to the first champion in the stack after the sovereign, even if that champion has already been imbued.

Please give us a dialog prompting for target or the ability to target it to the mini icons on the control panel. Or both.
