Shrill Lord - Bug

A level 69 Shrill Lord with 149/32784 life/hp and 1658274 attack is terrorizing one of my cities.

When you actually fight him, all he does is teleport and bum rush you. If you kill him, you get -$11+ million gildar.

Help!

With the 1.07 patch, I haven't met any of his cousins or children.

I hope I don't. Combat is tougher.
