Hi,new to the game and can't figure out how to enter Merchant shop?Help would be nice.

When your Channeler/Champion is in town, go to their actions tab and select click on the shop button.

Highlight a friendly champion that is near your city and hit the S key on the keyboard.  Alternatively, you can switch to the Action tab and there is an icon.

Champion only needs to be inside one of your AOI(Area of Influence) spheres to use the merchant action icon.  inside the city works but not necessary.
