I was making a stack of 12 Demons,(Kingdom of course) was taking like 45 turns, I dropped a +25 or +50% training building in the City and it completed the Unit for me, so it was 40+ Turns early.
On another note the Late Game slowdowns may be connected to the Mem Leak, as when you run out of Mem it will start using the Hard Drive.
