It is fairly funny actually. Brings back memories of inspector Clouseau in the pink panther. Total incompetence. One sniffer dog actually found the explosives while another didn't, so they went and put them in another case instead to repeat the training.

The explosives themselves are totally harmless unless someone gets their hands on an initiator. Still a very dangerous thing to be loosing though. What would be really funny is if someone got arrested at a different airport for having explosives which the French police placed in their bag. Imagine trying to explain that tot US custom officials!
