Copies of Elemental on Amazon

I would like to purchase Elemental. I want a hard copy so I went to, as usual for me, Amazon. I own lots of games dowloaded through Impulse but, I wanted a Hard copy and I get free shipping on Amazon. Price is close to same as Impulse. Upon accessing Amazon's page I noticed new copies of Elemental being sold by Amazon associated vendors, for as low as $33. Personally, I just went ahead and placed my standard Amazon order (good excuse for also ordering some books). But I was wondering if you guys at Stardock were aware of this, are they legal copies (they have lots not just one), should people be warned to stay away from something that you folks might not be able to provide support to?

The no-name third party sellers on Amazon have always been an at-your-own-risk sort of thing, for any product. It's impossible to know just what you'll get until you've got it in hand. I got some textbooks that way in the past and it was always hit-or-miss.
