I bought the retail version of the game. I try to install the game and it goes all the way through to 100% complete then comes back an tells me error. Then the instalation wizard shuts down. It has done this 3 times now. When I look at the program files it does not show up under stardock games. Please help!!
If you're able to download the game, the simplest thing to do is to just install Impulse, register your key, and download the entire latest version of the game. If downloading ~2GB is not possible for you though, please contact [email protected] and they can look into the disc install issue.
I did not dowload the game, I just purchased it from Walmart. I have a serial id # for the game that came on the last page of the manuel, if that helps.
Anyone with a retail copy can still download the whole game at any time (it's the same process as you'd use to get the patches). As above, it's a simple matter of registering the serial key and using Impulse.
