Impulse Partners with Child’s Play Charity

Impulse has partnered with Child’s Play, a game industry charity dedicated to improving the lives of children in over 60 worldwide hospitals, to help raise money for this worthy cause.  From August 30th to September 10th, a portion of Impulse proceeds will be donated to Child’s Play.

We also have well over 100 games on sale, so it is a great way to pickup a great game, and help this valuable charity at the same time.

Very nice, some great deals. Very tempted with Disciples 3 for that price. To see for myself.

Is there a way to get a listing of all the games on special? I've been able to do it in the past on impulse but can't find the option to do it anymore.

^ I'd have to advise against that, personally. Kalypso and .dat don't care about their customers at all. Practically every single copy sold Retail in North America had a critical disc error, so bad that stores had to pull it off the shelves, and Kalypso's solution was to require people to find information on their forums and send them an email asking for a patch. The game was also released virtually unplayable, even by digital download.

People who complained about the Elemental launch condition really should have played Disciples 3 at launch, and it took weeks to get a patch from Kalypso (unlike Stardocks rapid response) and even now the game still has a lot of major flaws. They didn't take designing the game seriously, it's even apparent in their horrible choice of narrator who reads every line with the enthusiasm of a man in a waiting room.

So I'd say wait for the Resurrection expansion pack and get yourself a sweet bundle deal, at least by then all the kinks should be hammered out.

does this include applications?

Man, LoL has region restrictions. This is a new pain for me(living in the USA). I feel for you gamers elsewhere who put up with this often
