If a Champion has an ability that adds a resource per turn, like Gold, Tech Research, Arcane Research, Food, whatever, does that only apply if they're stationed in a city, or do you just need to have control of them?
I believe that only the champion abilities that apply bonus to a city (i.e. +10% city productivity) require that you station the champion in a city. You get the others (+1 research etc.) even if the champion is out and about.
Its the prestige one I am wondering about, I don't get any increase no matter where they are.
The prestige one currently doesn't seem to be working.
However, if you pick royalty for your sovereign, it applies to all your cities.
