[crash] confused in tactical battle + one turn = crash to desktop

Was fighting a tactical battle against some darklings. One of them used an ability against my sovereign (confusion?). I got a negative attack rating down from 120 and after i moved the game crashed to desktop. Tried to upload the debug.err to pastebin to link it here but it said file size was too big.

update: loaded the autosave and went to the same mobs and it didn't crash this time. However the game crashed a few turns later on the strategic map. Odd to get two crashes so close together as the game hasn't crashed on me ever before.

If the file is too big for pastebin, you can open it with notepad and copy/paste it in sections.
