Improvements to increase gold from mines

Was wondering if mining guild increases gold production from gold mines, or does it just do iron.  I guess that market add50% to gildar which technically increases the output of a gold mine, right?

What are some other ways to increase gold?  (Would like to see an all inclusive list?) maybe a max gold per city list?

**Edit**

Based on the responses below, I put up a more detailed summary:

Income :

Gold mine   5 Gildar
Merchant    1 Gildar
Palace      7 Gildar

Total 13 Gildar

Market +25%
Bazaar +50%
Trade Center +50%
Mint of Gildar +100%
Total % increase: +225% (29.25 Gildar increase)

Total Gildar income: 42.25 (13 + 29.25)

The math seems a little odd but this matches an example city. There is also consumption (for example a school costs -1 Gildar) that I ignored in this case. Researching trade tech will give you a 10% bonus to gold production in all your cities per tech level. Also did not count the city level bonus. Suggest naming cities with gold mines as Money1, Money 2,etc... so you don't miss the city level bonus that comes up.

Note that the Mining guild does not count, it apparently only applies to metal (like the description reads).

You can also get a similar breakdown by bringing up the book view of your town (click on the circle in the bottom center of your screen) and then clicking on the gildar line.

 Thanks for everyone's help below.

Doesn't the mining guild increase output from all mines? I don't recall specifically but I thought that was how it worked.

Buildings For Empire:

Barter House

Imperial Mint

Trade Center

All of these give you a % bonus to Gold. Afterwards, you can always reached the Trade tech and it will give you 10% bonus to gold prod in all your cities per tech level.

Hope this helps!

PS: Haven't played with Kingdom sorry. ;)

And remember the Mint is one of those "World Wonder" type buildings. Only one allowed on the planet. So, if you want it, you gotta race for it.

Gold mines just add to cities gildar "production" - the markets and similar structures that boost gildar would then affect it.  It does seem to work this way as far as I can tell, since I've yet to have any kind of gildar problem once I get my empire rolling.

Vhorthex got all the buildings. Remember that when cities level up, they can choose gildar as a a bonus.

Bonuses stack multiplicatively, not additively. The increase should actually be 281%. :)

Think they changed it, this approach exactly matches two or three gold cities in a current game.

Yes, the system was apparently changed to an additive one on the last day. On the 22nd Brad Wardell still said that "we mulitply them [i.e. the bonuses] in Elemental and have throughout the beta", but right now additon fits what I see in-game.

You forgot for your list at the top all the +gold% bonus you can get when you level your city to level 2,3,4,5.  I think you get +20%, +30%, +40% and +50% respectively. And they stack. Do that in a city with a couple gold mines and combine with all the multiplier buildings and that city will be rolling in gold.
