[1.06][Bug] Bad HUD over city

The HUD shows the wrong city info completely, more often than not. For example:

HUD shows wrong faction, card is correct

The card is correct. The HUD isn't.

Lemme show you what a BAD upper status bar is...

I now in control of so many shrines, I'm about to completely lose the overview of my Gildars and resources.

Please get this fixed. I would recommend to use digits for the amount of shrines instead of a gem for each one.
