Whenever I go up a level in the Combat research tree, I discover a new unit: Archers. I have many many archers in my list of buildable units.
yes, but its really annoying, every single time archers are added, as well as a unit with a mace. So its still a "bug", or a feature not working as intended at all.
I have the same problem.
And as Barrynor says, I also get "Advanced Scouts", "Avengers" and "Knights" (not sure about the names) who are all the same unit with leather armor and a mace.
How about an option to turn off auto-design for units? I exclusively use custom-made units and thus find it quite annoying to get rid of those pre-made ones all the time.
