[Bug][1.06] Squad # Decreases on Level UP

It seems that the number of models in a squad is based on the unit's HP. When a Hero levels up only their HP Cap increases. The result seems to be that a Squad can level up enough that when it's current HP is lower then the Max HP by the total amount of HP for a single unit that the size of the unit drops.

Example is a Party of 4 with 20 HP levels up to have more then 28 HP for it's new cap then it now shows 3 members in the Party instead of 4. I've notice this isn't always instant and sometimes updates when the unit goes to town to "heal". Or when it does combat after level up even though it took no damage.

The easy fix to this is units that level up should actually GET the HP along with the cap increase. Either that or actually track the HP of models in a unit individually but that's probablly a bit more work.

Units in the stack get the full HP increase, but ONLY if they are not damaged. If they are down even 1 point, the cap will rise upon advancement, but you will not get the health, without/until healing up to the cap. The computer then figures out how many guys with full health that is, and yes, reduces the number of guys in the squad.

As to being in town, it is part of the defense bonus, which also scales on level, so a high level stack gets a big boost to health cap, I have seen +100% a couple times, but similarly, I got the raised cap, but not the health to go with it.

One more thing to fix on the already significant pile....

combine this with the save/load problem and you lose a decent unit for no good reason.

i knew my unit didn't get damaged that much.. but it levelled twice.. and went from a 4 unit squad to a 2 unit squad upon load and missing half its atk/def, etc stat.
